Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and service-oriented IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations at The Byke Luxe Astorata, Nashik. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hotel/hospitality IT operations and be capable of supporting hotel systems, networks, hardware, software, and users.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to hotel staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, Wi-Fi and connectivity issues.
- Maintain and monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers and other network infrastructure.
- Provide support for PMS, POS, HRMS and other hotel-related software/systems.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware, software, internet and technical services.
- Manage user accounts, email IDs, system access and IT assets.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of hardware and software.
- Ensure regular backup and basic data-security practices.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems and other technology deployed at the property.
- Assist employees with technical issues and conduct basic system training when required.




- Ensure IT systems are operational and available for smooth hotel operations.
- Escalate major technical issues to the Corporate IT team/vendor and follow up until resolution.
- Follow company IT policies, security standards and data-protection procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, printers and basic server/network administration.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS/POS systems will be an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to operational IT issues.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 hospitality workplace, including weekends/holidays when required.

Qualification

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in the hospitality/hotel industry.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in hotel IT operations, PMS/POS support, networking, CCTV, biometric systems and hotel technology infrastructure will be preferred.

Location: The Byke Luxe Astorata, Nashik
Salary: Maximum ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
