Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive IT HR Executive with around of 0- 6 Months of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews for IT roles.
- Coordinate with technical panels and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and offer coordination.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation for IT hires.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support HR operations such as attendance, employee engagement,



and HR documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements.
- Internship completed candidates also prefer for this role

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0- 6Months experience in IT recruitment / HR role.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Basic understanding of IT terminology and tech stacks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
