Mahatma Gandhi Group of Colleges is seeking skilled and experienced Computer Operators to support administrative and academic operations. The selected candidates should be proficient in computer applications, data management, and office software, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Number of Positions: 2

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry and maintain records relating to admissions, academics, fees, examinations, and administration.

- Operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with speed and accuracy.

- Maintain and update student databases and institutional records.

- Prepare reports, circulars, letters, and official communications.

- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for timely data flow and system updates.

- Maintain digital and physical documentation in an organized manner.

- Troubleshoot minor issues involving office software, printers, and computer hardware.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling institutional information.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

- Valuable English and Hindi typing speed.





- Working knowledge of email, internet applications, document formatting, and data management.

- Familiarity with educational ERP systems is preferred.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate in any stream; BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Computer Operator, preferably in an educational institution.
