HR Generalist – Standalone HR (Preference would be given to candidates who live in Ahmedabad)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who can independently manage the complete HR function. This is a standalone role with 360° responsibility across the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to payroll, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and exits.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, HR records, attendance, leave, and HR operations.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, salary inputs, reimbursements, and employee payroll queries.
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance, including coordination with external consultants/vendors.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs as required.
- Manage performance appraisal, confirmation, promotions, and employee development processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee exits,



full & final settlement coordination, exit interviews, and documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, and dashboards for management.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
- Continuously improve HR processes and support management on people-related matters.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience,
- Robust understanding of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of HR activities.
