Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging training sessions in Spoken English, communication skills, and personality development.

Introduce drama, role-play, and storytelling activities to enhance speaking confidence and fluency.

Design and deliver workshops or short courses for various age groups (school and college level).

Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

Create lesson plans, exercises, and performance-based learning materials.

Collaborate with the academic team to design creative communication-based modules.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or related field.

Strong command over spoken and written English.

Experience in teaching spoken English, theatre, or communication skills (preferred).

Creative, energetic, and passionate about student engagement.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
