- Write manual test cases and execute them.
- Automation of test cases for new feature testing will be an added advantage.
- Collaborate with the Development team for ease of use and debuggability
- Participate in requirements, functional, and design aspects of recent features
- Write comprehensive test plans for customer deployments
- Utilize test frameworks for automation
- Troubleshoot and debug in Linux and Windows environments
- Strong domain experience in Storage Domain (NAS)
- Experience in test automation using test frameworks (Python) will be desired.
- Ability to write and execute manual tests for complex enterprise software.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging in Linux or Windows environments
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related field with 2-5 years of experience
- Prior experience with NFS and SMB protocols
- Familiarity with Data Center technologies (Storage (NAS), Networking, Virtualization)
- Experience with Microsoft technologies like Active Directory and DNS
- Familiarity with Distributed system concepts, HA and Clustered environments
