Responsibilities
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records and core people operations.
• Support performance processes, employee relations and workplace policies.
• Coordinate external HR, payroll and compliance partners.
• Improve HR processes, reporting and employee communication.
Requirements
• 4–7 years of broad HR operations experience.
• Working knowledge of Indian employment practices and statutory compliance.
• Solid ownership, judgement, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Compensation: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and skills.
