Position: Production Operator

Location: Hinginghat, Wardha

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Operate and monitor production machinery and plant equipment as per SOPs.

● Ensure smooth and continuous operation of the production process.

● Monitor temperature, pressure, flow, level, and other operating parameters.

● Perform routine checks of equipment and immediately report abnormalities or breakdowns.

● Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and safety instructions.

● Handle material feeding, conveying, loading/unloading, and process-related activities.

● Maintain proper housekeeping around the production area.

● Assist the maintenance team during equipment inspection and breakdown activities.

● Record production data, operating parameters, material consumption, and shift activities.





● Ensure product quality and process parameters are maintained as required.

● Follow PPE, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

● Coordinate with the shift supervisor and maintenance team for smooth plant operation.

● Support start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures as instructed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

● Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and plant operations.

● Ability to understand and follow SOPs and process instructions.

● Valuable observation and troubleshooting skills.

● Willingness to work in shifts.

● Basic knowledge of safety practices and industrial equipment.

● Good teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate: ITI/Diploma candidate with hands-on experience in plant or production

operations, preferably in continuous-process industries.
