We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate MEP works for corporate and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise MEP installation and execution at project sites.
- Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other MEP services.
- Review MEP drawings and ensure proper site execution.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Inspect the quality of MEP installations.
- Identify and resolve technical and site coordination issues.
- Coordinate MEP works with civil and interior activities.
- Conduct site inspections and measurements.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP services and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical/HVAC/plumbing/fire-fighting works.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in corporate/commercial interior projects is preferred.
