As a Customer Service Executive Inbound at Calls, you'll be the digital face of our brand—responding to customer calls with speed, accuracy, and empathy. Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries received via email.

Ensure responses are sent within 24 hours.

Maintain service quality and accuracy in communication.

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

Support initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in typing and MS Office tools.

Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile.
