HR Executive Job Location Pirangut Pune Experience 25 Years Employment Type Fulltime Industry Automobile Manufacturing Qualification Graduate BBA B Com BA Preferred Qualification MBA PGDM in HR Job Summary looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to manage daytoday HR operations in a manufacturing environment The ideal candidate should have handson experience in recruitment payroll attendance management statutory compliance employee relations HR documentation and HRMS The candidate should have good knowledge of PF ESIC PT labour laws payroll processing and HR practices with strong communication and coordination skills Key Responsibilities Handle endtoend recruitment including sourcing screening interview coordination selection and onboarding Manage employee joining formalities induction documentation and exit formalities Maintain employee records personal files attendance leave and other HR documentation Coordinate and support monthly payroll processing and verify attendance leave overtime and salary inputs Handle statutory compliance related to PF ESIC Professional Tax PT LWF Gratuity Bonus and applicable labour laws Maintain statutory registers records and compliance documentation Handle employee queries grievances disciplinary matters and daytoday employee relations Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR data using MS Excel Manage HRMS activities including employee data attendance leave and payrollrelated information Coordinate with management and various departments for HRrelated activities Support internal and statutory audits by providing required HR documents and records Organize employee engagement activities and support a positive work setting Ensure HR policies and company procedures are properly communicated and followed Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline BBA B Com BA preferred MBA PGDM in HR will be an added advantage 25 years of relevant experience in HR Operations Generalist HR preferably in Automobile or Manufacturing industries Handson experience in recruitment payroll attendance and statutory compliance Good knowledge of PF ESIC PT labour laws and HR documentation Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS Payroll software Strong communication interpersonal coordination and problemsolving skills Ability to independently handle daytoday HR activities HR Kavya hidden mobile Compensation 20 000 00 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
