Job Summary We are seeking a detailoriented HR Data Analyst to support HR analytics reporting and HR systems initiatives This role will partner with global HR teams to deliver workforce insights maintain data integrity and enhance HR processes through datadriven decisionmaking Responsibilities Collect clean and maintain HR data from multiple sources including HRIS ATS payroll and employee records Prepare regular and adhoc HR reports and dashboards for global and local HR teams Support HR metrics and analytics such as headcount attrition hiring trends performance compensation and workforce planning Ensure data accuracy consistency and compliance with organizational standards Partner with global HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver datadriven insights Assist in automating reports and improving data processes for increased efficiency Support key HR projects involving data analysis audits policy updates and compliance reporting Maintain confidentiality and follow data governance best practices Skills Experience 3 5 years of experience in HR analytics HR operations or similar datafocused roles Handson experience working with HRIS HCM platforms such as SuccessFactors Workday Oracle HCM UKG or similar systems is required Robust Excel Google Sheets skills pivot tables lookups basic formulas Experience creating HR reports dashboards and data visualizations Understanding of HR metrics workforce analytics and reporting best practices Experience working with ticketing and workflow management systems such as Jira ServiceNow or similar platforms is a plus Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage Positive communication and ability to collaborate with global teams Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Qualifications Certifications Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Data Analytics Statistics or related fi
