Role Summary We are looking for a detailoriented and proactiveExecutive Opex Procurementto join our Procurement team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the endtoend operational procurement process ensuring timely purchase order creation order processing GRN management and coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors This role reports directly to theProcurement Headand is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in procurement and supply chain operations Key Responsibilities Create and process Purchase Orders POs accurately as per approved purchase requisitions Handle order punching and ensure timely processing of procurement requests Coordinate with vendors to track order status and ensure ontime deliveries Manage Goods Receipt Notes GRNs and ensure timely system updates Maintain procurement records purchase documentation and vendor communications Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements are fulfilled efficiently Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders invoices deliveries and GRNs Support the Procurement Head in daytoday procurement operations and process improvements Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Commerce Business Administration Supply Chain or a related discipline 13 years of experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain operations Handson experience in Purchase Order creation order punching GRN processing and procurement documentation Valuable knowledge of procurement workflows and vendor coordination Working Day 6 Days working 2 Saturdays Off Working Time 9am6pm Location Nariman Point Interested candidates can reach out to me atrecruit talismanstaffing comorhidden mobile
