Provide Tier 2 support for Workday Learning and Core HCM, resolving escalated incidents and service requests.
Manage daily LMS operations, including course creation, user assignments, campaigns, compliance tracking, and system maintenance.
Administer and maintain various learning content types, including eLearning, SCORM, AICC, xAPI, instructor-led, and blended learning courses.
Configure and troubleshoot Workday Learning notifications (Enrolment alerts, reminders, approvals, completion messages).
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Learning business processes (BPs) and related integrations.
Develop, maintain, and analyse Workday Learning reports including standard, custom, matrix, and composite reports to track participation, completion, and compliance metrics.
Perform EIB loads to manage and update learning assignments, completions, and course data.
