About the company : Kuch Kuch is a 10 year old apparel brand specialising into manufacturing and distribution of Shirts, Tshirts and Denims.We supply our merchandise to over 500 retail outlets across India.
Looking for a Junior Merchandiser/Production Planner to coordinate and track the complete cycle from approved style to final dispatch for men’s shirts and bottoms.
Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain style-wise production plans
* Maintain style master, order quantities and delivery schedules
* Coordinate fabric and trims requirements
* Track PO/job-order issuance
* Follow production from fabric → cutting → embroidery/printing/washing → stitching → finishing → dispatch
* Maintain production WIP reports
* Follow up with production managers, vendors and job workers
* Monitor planned vs actual delivery
* Flag delays and shortages in advance
* Maintain style-wise costing information
* Track ordered qty, cut qty, dispatched qty, rejected qty and short received qty
* Maintain production dashboards/Google Sheets
* Prepare weekly MIS for Category Head
* Coordinate between sampling, production, QC and accounts
* Close completed styles with final quantity/cost reports
Required Skills:
Strong Excel/Google Sheets,
numbers-oriented,
positive garment production knowledge,
excellent follow-up and comfortable working with multiple vendors.
