About the Role
As a Program Coordinator Intern – AI Programs, you will support the team in delivering smooth, engaging, and well-organized learning experiences for students across our AI programs.
You will coordinate with trainers, students, and internal teams, support online and offline classes, manage LMS-related activities, assist with AI workshops and hands-on learning experiences, and help ensure that academic and operational processes are followed effectively.
Along the way, you’ll gain practical exposure to the AI ecosystem, program management, student engagement, classroom operations, and education technology.
What You'll Do
Run Great Learning Experiences
- Coordinate and set up online and offline classrooms.
- Support trainers before, during, and after sessions.
- Assist in coordinating classes covering AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Coordinate trainer schedules through Google Calendar.
- Ensure students receive the right links, resources, schedules, and updates on time.
- Attend selected ongoing AI classes and workshops to gain practical exposure to how AI is taught and applied.
Work Closely With Our AI Curriculum
- Update course content and learning resources on the LMS.
- Upload assignments, projects, class materials, and other learning resources.
- Maintain accurate student records and progress.
- Coordinate deadlines, submissions, and academic requirements.
- Support updates to the curriculum as new AI tools and topics are introduced.
- Gain exposure to tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini,
Midjourney, Perplexity, and other emerging AI platforms through day-to-day program activities.
Help Execute AI Workshops & Experiences
Support the team in coordinating:
- AI workshops
- Hackathons
- Hands-on labs
- Project presentations
- Student showcases
- Trainer-led practical sessions
- Other AI-focused learning experiences
Through these activities, you’ll also get a better understanding of practical applications of Generative AI, AI Agents, automation, and no-code development.
Keep the Program Running Smoothly
- Communicate schedules, deadlines, announcements, and important program updates.
- Coordinate between trainers, students, and internal teams.
- Track academic and operational requirements.
- Support moderation of final course results.
- Assist with marksheets and certification processes.
- Follow up on the MESC portal for accurate data uploads and certificate generation.
- Maintain accurate program and student-related records.
Build Practical AI & Professional Exposure
- Understand how AI education programs are designed, delivered, and managed.
- Learn how AI tools are being used in real-world workflows.
- Explore emerging AI technologies and understand their practical applications.
- Work closely with trainers and professionals actively teaching AI.
- Develop program management, communication, coordination, and operations skills.
- Build practical experience that you can showcase on your CV and LinkedIn.
Who You Are
Must-Have
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, GDS, etc.).
Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed a graduation degree in any stream.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Should Have
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- Strong interest in learning about AI and new technologies.
- Ability to learn quickly and figure things out independently.
