Aaryam Hotel & Resorts Private Limited (Ranthambore) is looking for an enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to join our team!

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors . You will welcome guests warmly, manage front-desk operations, handle phone calls, and support various administrative activities to ensure a smooth and professional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome & Assist Guests

• Greet guests and visitors warmly with a professional and friendly attitude.

• Assist guests with their queries and ensure they are directed to the right department/person.

Handle Phone Calls

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls professionally. ☎️

• Provide accurate information and maintain excellent telephone etiquette.

️ Manage Reception Area

• Keep the reception/front desk clean, organized, and presentable at all times. ✨

• Ensure necessary stationery and front-desk supplies are available.

Mail & Deliveries

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, parcels, and deliveries.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Maintain calendars and schedules.





• Schedule meetings and appointments.

• Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements when required. ✈️

Administrative Support

• Perform filing, photocopying, documentation, and record-maintenance tasks. ️

• Support the hotel team with day-to-day administrative activities.

Job Requirements

✅ Qualification: Graduate

✅ Experience: 1–5 years of relevant experience

✅ Microsoft Office: Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite

✅ Communication: Excellent written & verbal communication skills ️✍️

✅ Time Management: Solid multitasking and time-management abilities ⏰

✅ Professionalism: Friendly, confident, and professional personality ✨

✅ Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently ⚡
