Role Summary The SAP EAM Consultant will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions to enable effective maintenance planning asset lifecycle management and operational reliability for enterprise clients The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders functional teams and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant asset management solutions Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Lead and support SAP EAM implementations and rollouts across maintenance and assetintensive industries Gather and analyze business requirements related to Asset Master Data Preventive Corrective Maintenance Breakdown Maintenance Refurbishment Shutdown Management Configure SAP EAM components including Technical Objects Equipment Functional Locations Maintenance Plans Task Lists Notifications Work Orders Measuring Points Counters Support endtoend maintenance processes from notification to order settlement Work closely with MM FI PM and PS modules for Spare parts management Cost tracking and settlement Capitalization and depreciation of assets Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements Support UAT cutover golive and hypercare activities Provide postimplementation support and continuous improvement recommendations Integration Advanced Capabilities Good to Have Integration with SAP MM Procurement Inventory SAP FI CO Costing Asset Accounting SAP PS Project Systems Experience with SAP S 4HANA EAM Exposure to Linear Asset Management LAM SAP Asset Accounting AA SAP EAM Reporting KPIs Familiarity with mobile maintenance solutions SAP PM Mobile Fiori Apps Knowledge of ReliabilityCentered Maintenance RCM concepts Requirements Required Skills Qualifications Mandatory Skills Solid handson experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management EAM Plant Maintenance PM Proven track record of delivering at least one endtoend SAP EAM implementation project covering the full project lifecycle Solid understanding of maintenance and asset management business processes with the ability to align solutions to business needs Skilled in engaging with business stakeholders gathering and analyzing requirements translating them into effective SAP solutions and supporting enduser training and documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language both written and verbal Experience in writing functional specifications and supporting testing cycles
