About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling tech firm in the SaaS and enterprise web applications space, we build intuitive, high-performance front-end experiences for global B2B clients. Our React engineering team ships mission-critical dashboards, real-time data interfaces, and complex component libraries—leveraging modern React, TypeScript, and state-of-the-art tooling to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and scalable UIs at enterprise scale.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reusable React components for enterprise-grade web applications.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into interactive, responsive interfaces using modern CSS (Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs with client-side state management tools like Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
- Optimize application performance using React.memo, code splitting, lazy loading, and profiling tools.
- Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library to ensure code reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentor junior developers on React best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enable seamless deployments.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1).

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- React.js (v17+), including Hooks, Context API, and advanced rendering patterns
- TypeScript (strong typing, generics, utility types)




- State management: Redux Toolkit or Zustand
- RESTful API integration (Axios, Fetch)
- Testing: Jest + React Testing Library (unit, integration, component testing)
- Build tools: Webpack or Vite
- Git & team-oriented workflows (GitHub/GitLab)
- Modern CSS: Tailwind CSS or Styled Components / Emotion

Preferred

- GraphQL (Apollo Client, URQL)
- Next.js (App Router, Server Components, ISR/SSG)
- Design systems & component library development (e.g., Storybook)
- Performance optimization (LCP, FID, CLS improvements)
