Job Summary Arudra Crop is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Telecaller to join our team The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills be fluent in Hindi and have prior experience in telecalling or telesales The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions generating leads and achieving daily and monthly targets Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Explain the companys products and services effectively Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities Follow up with customers regularly and maintain strong relationships Handle customer queries and provide accurate information Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM Achieve daily weekly and monthly calling and sales targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Guide and support junior telecallers when required Eligibility Experience 25 years in Telecalling Telesales Education Any Graduate or Diploma Hindi OR Kannada is Mandatory Good communication skills in Hindi OR Kannada Tamil and basic English Solid convincing and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Benefits Attractive Salary 25 000 30 000 per month Performance Incentives Career Growth Opportunities Friendly Work Environment Job Location T Nagar Chennai Immediate Joiners Preferred
