Key Responsibilities Lead manage and grow a highperforming engineering team of 1020 engineers across multiple squads or functional areas fostering a culture of technical excellence ownership and continuous improvement Define and drive the engineering teams technical roadmap architecture decisions and delivery strategy in alignment with broader business and product objectives Partner closely with product managers design leads QA managers and business stakeholders to ensure engineering priorities are welldefined resourced and delivered on time and within quality standards Own endtoend delivery accountability for complex engineering programs including planning execution risk management dependency resolution and stakeholder communication Establish and enforce engineering best practices including code quality standards design review processes CI CD practices security compliance and technical documentation requirements Drive talent management activities including hiring onboarding performance management career development planning and retention of engineering talent Conduct regular oneonones performance reviews and growth opportunities conversations with engineers at all levels to support individual development and team engagement Identify and proactively resolve technical debt architectural bottlenecks and crossteam engineering dependencies to improve engineering velocity and system reliability Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership business partners and external stakeholders through clear transparent and proactive communication Drive engineering culture initiatives including hackathons knowledge sharing sessions tech talks and engineering community building within the organization
