Position Details Shift 16 5 EST Time Zone Multiple Locations Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical expert for Rubrik backup and recovery solutions Design implement and manage backup strategies across AWS Azure GCP and VAST Storage Configure and maintain backup operations for VMware and HyperV environments Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 backup and recovery operations Exchange SharePoint OneDrive and Teams Ensure data protection compliance and disaster recovery readiness across cloud and onpremises environments Conduct performance assessments audits risk evaluations and recommend optimization strategies Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Rubrik solutions with enterprise infrastructure Lead knowledgesharing sessions technical workshops and mentor junior engineers Support disaster recovery and cleanroom recovery initiatives using Rubrik Maintain technical documentation operational procedures and best practices Required Skills Robust expertise in Rubrik platform administration architecture and support Experience with enterprise backup architectures and cloudnative disaster recovery solutions Knowledge of VMware HyperV Azure AWS GCP and Microsoft 365 backup technologies Understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR HIPAA and DORA Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in change management planning and execution
