Job Title Feet on Street Digital Fintech Products Job Location PAN India Job Summary We are looking for dynamic and resultoriented individuals to promote and sell digital and fintech products such as FASTag NCMC prepaid cards and POS machines The role involves field marketing customer acquisition and onboarding of merchants Key Responsibilities Promote and sell digital fintech products including FASTag NCMC prepaid cards and POS machines Identify and approach potential customers and merchants in assigned areas Onboard new merchants for POS machine installation Ensure activation and proper usage of POS machines and prepaid products Educate customers on product advantages and usage Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution Eligibility Criteria Education 12th is mandatory Experience 1 year of experience in sales marketing preferred Age 20 32 Skills Required Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of digital payment systems and fintech products Ability to work in field and meet targets Customerfocused approach Basic smartphone handling and reporting skills Salary Benefits Salary as per Minimum Wages Attractive incentives based on performance Other benefits as per company policy Working Conditions Fieldbased role Travel within assigned territory required
