Roles & Responsibilities
• Project Planning: Develop and execute software project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Project Leadership: Coordinate and lead software project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and delegation of tasks.
• Delivery & P&L;: Monitor project progress and project P&L;, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Conduct regular project status meetings and provide stakeholders and clients with updates on milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Client Management: Build strong client relationships, understand their needs and expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the software project lifecycle.
• People Leadership: Provide leadership, mentoring, guidance, motivation, and empowerment to software project team members and PMO professionals.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project evaluations, analyze project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement lessons learned in future projects.
• Decision Making: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address delivery challenges and drive successful outcomes.
Required Skills, Certifications & Experience
• Project Management: Strong proficiency in software project management methodologies including PMBOK and Scrum.
• Project Tools:



Hands-on proficiency with MPP and Jira.
• Certification: Valid PMP or PRINCE certification is mandatory.
• Technology: Solid understanding and solid hold of technology, including AI.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of project, program, or service delivery management experience within the technology industry.
• Domain Knowledge: Functional depth in the financial domain will be an added advantage.
• Leadership: Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, client management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile
