Job Description -

Key Responsibilities
• Annual Report Design: Design, format, and produce annual reports and related disclosures for clients using Adobe InDesign integrated with the Disclosure Management platform.
• Platform Implementation: Support end-to-end implementation of the Disclosure Management platform for clients, ensuring design accuracy and consistency.
• Client Support: Act as a design-support contact for European clients, resolve design-related queries, and deliver work within reporting timelines.
• Technical Design Workflow: Work fluently across Adobe InDesign and the native software, managing the linking and flow between both systems.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to content-marketing activities through collateral, presentations, and other visual assets.
• Quality & Brand: Maintain high standards of visual quality, brand consistency, formatting accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Content Design: Support the Content Marketing Team with design and visual content as required.
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience: 4–5+ years of professional design experience, ideally involving annual reports, corporate reports, publications, or similar document design.
• Adobe InDesign: Solid command of Adobe InDesign; this is a core requirement.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Strong working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Annual Reports: Prior hands-on experience designing client annual reports is essential.
• Technical Capability:



Comfortable working with software-based design workflows and integrations, not only standalone design applications.
• AI Design Tools: Familiarity with AI-based design tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Communication: Working proficiency in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Time Zones: Flexibility to work across India and Europe/EU time zones when required.
• Location: Ability and willingness to work from the Mumbai (Turbhe) office.
Nice to Have
• Exposure to financial, regulatory, or corporate reporting.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Exposure to a Disclosure Management platform.
