Responsibilities
• Manage BGV cases from initiation through closure.
• Support clients and candidates through phone, email and the MPloyChek platform.
• Coordinate employment, education and other verification checks.
• Track turnaround times, resolve escalations and maintain accurate case notes.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of BGV operations or BGV customer-support experience.
• Clear communication, solid follow-through and comfort using SaaS tools.
• Working knowledge of verification processes, documents and TAT management.
Compensation: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and skills.
