Your 6-to-8 Month Builder Arc
The internship is a six-month fixed-term internship. We know you will not be able to do everything on Day 1. That is by design. Here is how we will build you into an operations leader:
Month 1: The Foundation
A structured four-week training phase focused on our domain, AI tools, European business culture, and core operations.
Months 2 3: The Practice
Shadowing, guided outreach, building your first prompt templates, and managing basic pipeline hygiene.
Months 4 6: The Ownership
Taking end-to-end responsibility for workflows, optimizing automations, positioning our technology to prospects, and driving operational efficiency.
What Youll Actually Do
1. Outreach and Relationship Building
Conduct structured research and professional, consultative approaches through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels. Draft, sequence, and follow up while keeping communication professional.
2. Agentic and AI-Assisted Workflows
Use Claude and prompt-based workflows daily to speed up research, improve messaging, and execute better. Build simple automations with n8n and document prompts, templates, and SOPs.
3. Domain and Market Intelligence
Research clients and market trends in Europes cyber, privacy, and compliance space. Use industry pain points and regulatory context to sharpen outreach.
4. Solution Positioning and Business Implementation
Create summaries, one-pagers, and supporting material in business terms. Explain what a solution does and how it works in practice.
5. Operations Hygiene and Pipeline Management
Keep sheets, prospect lists, outreach logs, and pipeline stages updated. Handle prospect data with security, privacy, and compliance awareness. Training and guidance will be provided for handling prospect information appropriately.
6. Communication and Ownership
Own tasks end to end,



self-review before submission, and flag blockers early. Stay disciplined, resilient, and proactive in a remote setup.
What You Bring to the Table
We are not looking for someone who can execute all the responsibilities above on Day 1. We are looking for the right raw materials. You do not need to be a 100% match today, but you must have:
Curiosity and tech aptitude
Eager to learn new tools, explore how things work, and use technology to improve workflows.
A techno-functional mindset
Able to understand both business needs and technical possibilities, and connect the two clearly.
Solid remote work discipline
Able to stay organized, self-managed, and consistent without supervision in a fully remote setup.
Clear, consultative communication
Able to write and speak in a structured, polite, and trust-building way, especially in a skilled setting.
Resilience and follow-through
Able to stay accountable, handle repetitive tasks, and keep moving forward until work is done.
Baseline domain awareness
Interested in privacy, compliance, and audit concepts, and ready to learn the European cyber/compliance landscape.
Who You Are
Currently studying or recently graduated, preferably in Business, Engineering, CS, or Information Systems, though we care more about how you think than your major.
Available to commit to 5 hours per day, 25 hours per week, for the six-month fixed-term internship.
Fully willing and excited to complete our four-week training phase.
