I'm looking for someone smart, confident, energetic, curious and driven to work closely with me across content, business and everyday work.

This is not a typical corporate job.

No fixed office. We’ll work from cafés, home, shoots and different places around Gangtok.

You’ll be involved in:

Content & social media

Scheduling & planning

Research & creative ideas

Business & basic finance/admin

Filming & content creation

AI & creative tools

Content calendars & organization

I need someone who understands the content game, communicates well, learns quickly and can take initiative without being told everything.

You don't need to know everything.

You need to be willing to learn, think and grow.
