We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join Blockly Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and support the design and visual communication requirements of SchoolBus2.0.

In this role, you will primarily work on brochures, user manuals, product guides, presentations, marketing collaterals, product documentation, and other business communication materials. You will work closely with the founders and internal teams to understand product information and convert it into clear, professional, and visually appealing designs.

This role is suitable for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in business and product design, rather than only social media graphics. You will get an opportunity to work on real materials that are used for school presentations, customer communication, product onboarding, sales, and marketing.

Success in this role means creating professional, easy-to-understand, well-structured designs that communicate information clearly, maintain brand consistency, and can be used directly by the business.

Responsibilities

- Design professional product brochures, company brochures, and marketing brochures for SchoolBus2.0.
- Create clear and user-friendly user manuals, product guides, and feature documentation.
- Convert product information and written content into visually structured documents.
- Design presentations and sales decks for schools, customers, and business meetings.
- Create product feature sheets, flyers, one-pagers, and information documents.
- Develop visual layouts for onboarding and instructional materials.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colours, spacing, icons, and visual elements.
- Work with the founders and internal teams to understand design requirements and content.
- Organize large amounts of information into simple and easy-to-understand layouts.
- Create diagrams, icons, illustrations, and visual elements where required.
- Edit and improve existing brochures, manuals, presentations, and marketing materials.




- Adapt designs for digital and print formats when required.
- Prepare final files in appropriate formats for sharing, printing, or digital use.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the final design meets requirements.
- Maintain organized and editable source files for future updates.
- Ensure documents are visually consistent across different pages and sections.
- Research design references and suggest better ways to present product information.
- Support the team with additional graphic design requirements related to sales, marketing, product, and customer communication.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or course in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, colour, hierarchy, and visual composition.
- Ability to create clean and professional document layouts.
- Good understanding of how to structure information for easy readability.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working on multi-page documents.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand written content and convert it into effective visual communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve designs.
- A portfolio containing brochures, presentations, manuals, posters, social media creatives, or other design work is preferred.

Internship Structure

- Duration: 3 months
- Work Mode: Remote
- First 2 Months: Unpaid internship focused on hands-on learning and practical project experience.
- After 2 Months: A performance evaluation will be conducted.
- Third Month: Selected interns may receive a paid internship based on their performance during the first two months.
