About Us: Indian Green Steel Supplychain Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing, lean merchant-exporter startup specializing in the trading and dispatch of high-volume structural steel products (TMT bars, Angles, Channels, Beams, MS Pipes). We operate in a rapid-paced B2B environment, directly supplying civil contractors, builders, and large-scale fabricators across the Delhi NCR region.

The Role: We are looking for aggressive, street-smart Field Sales Executives who are hungry to capture the booming Delhi NCR construction market. This is a pure hustle, performance-driven field role. You will not be sitting at a desk; you will be on the ground, pitching our structural steel portfolio, taking daily Mandi rates, and closing high-ticket bulk orders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct 15+ daily field visits to active construction sites, industrial projects, and fabricator workshops across Delhi NCR.

- Identify, meet, and build relationships with civil contractors and procurement managers.

- Provide daily steel market rate updates and generate bulk material requirements.

- Negotiate aggressively to close orders and coordinate with the Ghaziabad office-cum-godown team for quotations,



CRM (Zoho/Tally) entry, and dispatch logistics.

- Achieve strict monthly volume/tonnage targets.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Mobility: Must own a reliable two-wheeler (Bike/Scooty) and possess a valid Driving License.

- Tech: Must have a Smartphone with active internet for field reporting and GPS tracking.

- Attitude: Thick-skinned, high energy, and the ability to handle rejection in a tough B2B market.

- Communication: Fluency in Hindi (understanding local market terminology and contractor slang is a major plus).

- Experience: 0-3 years. If you are a fresher with extreme hustle and a hunger to earn, we want you.

What We Offer:

- Fixed Base: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 / month.

- Travel Reimbursement: Daily/Monthly field travel allowance based on actual site visits.

- Aggressive Incentives: Uncapped commission on every ton of steel sold once base targets are met.

- Rapid Growth: This is a "survival of the fittest" setup. Top performers who hit targets in their first 45 days will be retained, promoted, and handed larger territories.
