We are looking for an IT Business Development Executive to identify, pursue, and secure recent IT project opportunities through online freelancing platforms, job portals, and direct client outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate high-quality IT project leads from platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant job portals.
- Research, evaluate, and bid on relevant projects by submitting compelling proposals.
- Analyze client requirements and craft tailored, persuasive proposals.
- Engage with international and domestic clients via email, video calls, and messaging platforms.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and convert them into signed contracts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships while managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the technical team to assess project scope, prepare accurate quotations, and ensure client expectations are met.




- Consistently meet or exceed monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Proven experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, or similar is advantageous.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Working knowledge of IT services including Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, and related domains.
- Exceptional proposal writing, negotiation, and client follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong target-driven mindset.
