Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications built on VB.Net
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
- Architect solutions and provide technical direction for recent features and enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated by the team

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
- Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support the professional growth of team members
- Allocate tasks effectively based on team members' skill sets and project priorities
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Project & Stakeholder Management





- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Manage project timelines, provide status updates, and proactively flag risks/roadblocks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and, where required, client stakeholders

Process & Quality

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC processes, and documentation practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and team productivity
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability and scalability
