Job Title Medical Billing Specialist AI Billing Specialist Location Delhi NCR About Us We are a USbased AI technology company at the forefront of innovation We are dedicated to building an exceptional customer experience and are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our fastgrowing team This is an opportunity to grow with us and be a part of the future of AI Job Summary We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Medical Billing Specialist with the title of AI Billing Specialist to join our growing team In this role you will be responsible for managing endtoend medical billing operations with a solid focus on gastroenterology billing You will work alongside our AI systems to improve claim accuracy reduce denials and enhance overall revenue cycle performance The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of payer guidelines coding rules and billing workflows and is excited to collaborate with cuttingedge AI to shape the future of healthcare billing Core Responsibilities Manage the complete medical billing cycle for gastroenterology services including charge entry claim submission payment posting and followup Review and resolve clearinghouse rejections promptly to ensure timely resubmission of claims Monitor and improve the clean claim rate by identifying root causes of denials and implementing corrective workflows Work directly with our AI billing platform to validate outputs flag anomalies and provide expert feedback to continuously improve model accuracy Analyze payerspecific guidelines and apply them accurately across claim submissions to minimize underpayments and denials Apply correct medical coding rules CPT ICD10 codes and procedure modifiers to ensure compliant and optimized billing Conduct regular audits of billing data and reports to identify trends errors and revenue leakage opportunities Coordinate with clinical and frontoffice teams to resolve documentation gaps and coding queries Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing activities appeals and correspondence Stay current with changes in payer policies coding guidelines AMA CMS and gastroenterologyspecific billing updates Required Qualifications Proven experience in medical billing with a strong focus on Proficiency in one or more of the following practice management systems Handson experience working with Demonstrated ability to improve Strong understanding of Solid knowledge of Familiarity with Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English with clear communication skills Fast and accurate typing speed for efficient data entry claim logging and documentation Must be a resident of Preferred Qualifications Bonus Points Certification in medical billing or coding e g CPC CPB or CBCS from AAPC or AHIMA Prior experience supporting USbased healthcare providers or billing companies in an offshore capacity Experience working with or providing feedback to AI MLbased billing automation tools Knowledge of revenue cycle KPIs such as Days in AR denial rate firstpass resolution rate and net collection rate Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and PHI data handling protocols Experience with ERA EOB reconciliation and secondary claim billing Background in credentialing or payer enrollment is a plus Working With AI at NextDimension As an AI Billing Specialist you will be an integral part of our mission to build the next generation of intelligent billing solutions You will Serve as a subject matter expert providing realworld billing knowledge to help train validate and refine our AI models Identify patterns in billing errors that help our AI improve claim scrubbing and predictive denial management Test AIgenerated billing outputs and provide structured feedback to our engineering and data science teams Contribute to building internal billing guidelines payer scenario libraries and coding rule repositories used to enhance our AI engine What We Offer Salary 59 Lakhs per annum commensurate with experience A positive and supportive work environment with clear pathways for career growth in healthtech Comprehensive onboarding training and ongoing development programs in both billing and AI tools Direct exposure to AIdriven healthcare technology and the opportunity to shape its evolution This is an onsite role all necessary work equipment will be provided at our office location in Gurugram Haryana
