Key Responsibilities Lead endtoend business analysis activities including stakeholder interviews requirement elicitation gap analysis process mapping and solution design for complex technology and business initiatives Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirement documents functional specifications use cases user stories process flow diagrams and data flow diagrams for largescale projects Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders product managers and technology teams to ensure business requirements are accurately understood documented and implemented Conduct detailed asis and tobe process analysis to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and transformation opportunities and propose datadriven solutions aligned with business objectives Lead and facilitate requirement workshops stakeholder review meetings and JAD sessions with senior business leaders and crossfunctional teams Define and track business KPIs success metrics and OKRs for technology initiatives and report progress and outcomes to senior management and project sponsors Support solution evaluation vendor assessment and RFP processes by developing detailed business and functional requirements for technology procurement decisions Manage requirement traceability matrices and ensure all business requirements are covered in solution design development testing and deployment phases Lead UAT planning and execution including test scenario definition defect triage and signoff coordination with business stakeholders Mentor and guide junior business analysts within the team on analysis methodologies documentation standards and stakeholder management best practices
