We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Customer Support Executive to join our Real Estate Group The role involves handling customer queries managing propertyrelated documentation ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams and providing an excellent customer service experience throughout the sales and postsales process Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction Query Resolution Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries calls emails walkins Provide accurate and timely information regarding projects pricing documentation and possession Address complaints and ensure quick resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience Sales PostSales Support Assist the sales team with customer followups booking confirmations and agreement documentation Coordinate with customers for payments loan documentation and registration formalities Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates handovers and possession schedules Relationship Management Build longterm relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactive support and assistance Gather feedback from customers and share insights with management for process improvements Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with sales legal accounts and project teams for customer requirements Ensure proper documentation records and customer data management in CRM systems Support in organizing site visits client meetings and handover events Reporting Documentation Maintain customer interaction logs complaints and resolution records Prepare MIS reports on customer support activities and share with management Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulatory requirements RERA
