MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 12+ years of experience in Insurance Broking, with strong exposure to Employee Benefits (EB) business
• Experience handling renewals, endorsements, and claim coordination for engineering risks.
• Strong understanding of the Employee Benefits business, including client acquisition, relationship management, renewals, and cross-selling of Group Health, Life, and Accident insurance solutions.
• Ability to prepare technical quotations, coverage comparisons, and policy wordings.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive new business acquisition and convert high-value opportunities in the Employee Benefits segment.
• Build, manage,



and strengthen strategic relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver customized Employee Advantages solutions, including Group Health, Group Term Life, Group Personal Accident, and Wellness programs.
• Lead negotiations with clients and insurers to secure optimal coverage, pricing, and service outcomes.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, claims, and servicing teams to ensure seamless implementation and client support.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from business development and client acquisition to account management, renewals, and cross-selling.
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to business growth through new client acquisition and portfolio expansion.
• Provide strategic advisory to clients on Employee Benefits program design, optimization, and risk management.
