Job Title: Senior Java Spring Boot & Microservices Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot & Microservices Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java 8/10, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Kafka, multithreading, collections, and coding best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 8/10 and Spring Boot.
- Build and implement Microservices-based applications following industry best practices.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
- Implement asynchronous and event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Write clean, effective, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Optimize application performance using Java Collections, Multithreading, and Concurrency concepts.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions.





Required Skills

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8/10 features (Streams, Lambda Expressions, Optional, Functional Interfaces, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of Java Collections Framework.
- Strong knowledge of Multithreading and Concurrency.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Solid experience in developing REST APIs.
- Strong practical experience in Microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Git and Maven/Gradle.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and API testing tools such as Postman.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
