We are seeking a highly skilled Senior eCommerce Analyst with 3-5 years of experience working on Adobe Commerce (Magento), including exposure to marketplace and multi-seller models. The ideal candidate understands catalog operations, seller onboarding, pricing workflows, order routing, settlement processes, and multi-system integrations. This role bridges business, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable marketplace and eCommerce capabilities.

- Build and maintain software systems and applications that address complex business and customer needs
- Write, test, and deploy code while ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on challenging problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with compliance and quality standards
What are the key skills we are looking for?
- Configure Adobe Commerce modules: Catalog, Pricing, Inventory, Promotions, Checkout, Payments, and Taxes.
- Work with marketplace extensions (Webkul, Mirakl connectors, CedCommerce) to support multi-seller functionality.
- Manage seller onboarding, verification, catalog ingestion, product approvals, and performance tracking.
- Define and document processes for seller payouts, commissions, settlement rules, and split orders.
- Conduct business requirement analysis and convert them into user stories, BRDs, and process flow diagrams.

- Analyze marketplace performance using GA4/Adobe Analytics and recommend funnel optimizations.

- Experience coaching and reviewing the work of other engineers
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for quality and compliance

3-5 years of functional experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento).
- Hands-on experience with marketplace implementations and multi-seller models.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce flows: catalog, pricing, inventory, promotions, checkout, shipping, and returns.
- Ability to write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of REST/GraphQL concepts and data mapping for integrations.
- Proficiency in debugging seller catalog issues, price mismatches, and split-order scenarios.
- Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with JIRA, Postman, and Confluence.
Positive-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Adobe Commerce B2B modules.
- Exposure to marketplace platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Nykaa.
- Familiarity with PIM/ERP systems such as Akeneo or SAP.
- Understanding of A/B testing, personalization, and SEO best practices.
