The Team Leader is a critical role within our Operations / Warehouse / Logistics / Customer Service department, responsible for managing a team of associates to achieve daily operational targets, maintain productivity and quality, ensure safety compliance, resolve operational issues, and motivate team members.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for allocating daily work, monitoring task completion, and ensuring productivity and quality targets are achieved.

You will also be responsible for monitoring attendance and discipline, conducting daily team briefings, training new employees, and resolving operational issues.

Additionally, you will maintain reports and coordinate with HR and Operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a Team Leader, Senior Associate, Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Operations role.
