Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Execute RCC, masonry, finishing, plumbing, and external development works.
- Conduct quantity verification, material reconciliation, and site measurements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain construction quality.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at the site.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability.




- Maintain site documentation, work records, and measurement books.
- Support project planning and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
- Experience in residential, villa, plotted development, or real estate construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
