Avillion Farms is a premium real estate company specializing in luxury villas, farmhouses, and high-end residential developments. We are looking for a talented 3D Interior Designer with an architectural background to join our design team in Bangalore.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

- Diploma in Architecture
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch)

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop interior concepts for luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residential projects.
- Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and walkthroughs.
- Prepare 2D working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop space plans, furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, and interior detailing.
- Produce realistic visualizations using SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, or Enscape.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site execution teams.
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, and color palettes based on project requirements.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.
- Ensure designs are practical,



accurate, and aligned with project specifications.
