Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering and handson experience in construction projects The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge the ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints and experience in site execution column preparation and project coordination Key Responsibilities Supervise daytoday construction activities at the project site Read understand and execute work as per construction drawings and blueprints Coordinate with contractors vendors architects and project teams for smooth project execution Handle site measurements layout marking column preparation and structural work supervision Ensure work is executed according to approved plans quality standards and safety regulations Monitor project progress and report daily site activities to management Verify material usage and maintain site records and documentation Conduct inspections to ensure proper workmanship and quality control Support project planning scheduling and coordination activities Resolve technical and siterelated issues efficiently Required Skills Strong knowledge of civil construction and project execution Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Knowledge of column preparation structural work and site supervision Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic construction software Valuable understanding of construction materials and site safety practices Strong communication and coordination skills Problemsolving and project management abilities Qualifications Bachelors Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering 35 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects Experience in commercial residential or infrastructure projects will be preferred Preferred Candidate Profile Handson site execution experience Ability to manage labor and subcontractors efficiently Detailoriented with robust technical and organizational skills Capable of working in fastpaced construction environments
