We are looking for an experienced Storage Engineer with strong expertise in NetApp ONTAP, StorageGRID, Cohesity, and Dell EMC PowerMax. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, backup and recovery, and supporting business-critical production environments.

The role requires hands-on experience in storage administration, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and collaborating with infrastructure teams to deliver secure and reliable storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer, configure, and support NetApp ONTAP, StorageGRID, Cohesity, and Dell EMC PowerMax storage environments.
- Monitor storage infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability.
- Perform storage provisioning, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Manage backup, recovery, and data protection using Cohesity solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot SAN/NAS storage environments and related connectivity issues.
- Perform storage health checks, firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot storage performance issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with server, virtualization, network, and application teams during deployments and migrations.
- Maintain storage documentation, operational procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and operational best practices.

- 4–8 years of experience in Storage Administration and Infrastructure Support.
- Robust hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP administration.
- Experience managing StorageGRID object storage environments.
- Hands-on experience with Cohesity backup and recovery solutions.
- Experience supporting Dell EMC PowerMax storage arrays.
- Strong understanding of SAN/NAS architecture, storage protocols, and enterprise storage concepts.
- Experience with storage provisioning, replication, snapshots, and disaster recovery.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with VMware virtualization environments.
- Exposure to cloud storage technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of automation using PowerShell or Python scripting.
- Relevant NetApp, Dell EMC, or Cohesity certifications are an added advantage.
