Key Responsibilities

- Drive the growth of the Reefer business by achieving assigned sales, volume, and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the reefer customer base across assigned territories and trade lanes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, exporters, importers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure long-term business retention and growth.
- Identify recent business opportunities, evaluate customer requirements, and develop customized logistics solutions for temperature-controlled cargo.
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to secure profitable business.
- Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, and weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market opportunities.
- Monitor customer KPIs and service levels to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business retention.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Trade,



and Pricing teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments and prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, pricing movements, and business opportunities, recommending appropriate commercial strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with shipping lines, industry associations, and strategic partners to enhance the company's reefer business capabilities.
- Drive customer engagement through regular business reviews, joint planning, and value-added solutions.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members (where applicable) while promoting a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
