Role Overview
As an Associate Software Development Engineer (React Native), you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to build, maintain, and enhance mobile applications. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career developers who can demonstrate their skills through projects, internships, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Learn and adopt modern software engineering practices.
- Preferred Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals.
- Familiarity with React and React Native development.
- Understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and navigation concepts.
- Experience consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of authentication,
networking, and JSON handling.
- Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of DSA, OOP, and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS deployment processes is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Expo or React Native CLI.
- Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
- Basic backend exposure using Node.js, Golang, or Express.js.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
- Exposure to AWS or cloud platforms.
- Personal projects, internships, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
