You are the first point of contact for potential customers responsible for demonstrating the value of our product and driving our growth engine You will be instrumental in converting leads into loyal users managing the entire initial customer journey from first call to successful onboarding What you will do Conduct engaging online product demos via platforms like Google Meet Zoom tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs and address queries effectively Initiate inbound calls to identify potential customers from leads implementing followup procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers Manage the endtoend customer onboarding process ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization Maintain detailed records of all sales activities customer feedback queries and interactions using CRM tools for accurate and uptodate information Report customer feedback suggestions and market insights for continuous improvement What were looking for Experience You have prior experience of 6 months to 2 Years internship or fulltime in sales or business development Exceptional Communicator You possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to clearly and effectively demonstrate products to potential customers Robust Interpersonal Skills You are a natural relationshipbuilder capable of managing interactions with empathy and professionalism GoalOriented You are driven by targets and motivated by the challenge of converting leads into successful customers Must be fluent in Hindi English one Regional Language Work Schedule 6day work week during the 90day probation period Post probation alternate Saturdays will be off with a fixed weekly off on Sunday
