Job Description -

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts and finance team.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage payroll accounting and statutory employee compliances where applicable.
- Support management with MIS reports, financial dashboards, and business analysis.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- MBA (Finance) preferred.




- 8– 10years of relevant experience in accounting and finance management.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in manufacturing, retail, services, or relevant industry.
- Exposure to audit coordination and financial controls.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation or process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
