We are hiring a Project Coordinator to own endtoend coordination of large customer projects from order handover through to final delivery This role sits at the center of the project keeping internal teams design purchase operations and finance vendors subcontractors and customers all aligned on timelines deliverables and open issues You will be the single point of accountability for making sure projects dont slip This is a coordination and ownership role not a passive tracking role You are expected to chase follow up flag risks early and push things to closure Key Responsibilities Own complete project tracking for all assigned customer projects timelines milestones deliverables and dependencies Create and maintain a live project schedule tracker for each project and flag delays before they become critical Coordinate internally with Design engineering drawings approvals Operations Purchase POs vendor delivery dispatch and Finance Accounts billing payment milestones Coordinate externally with customers status updates approvals site coordination and vendors subcontractors delivery schedules quality followups Drive weekly periodic project review meetings internal and customerfacing and circulate minutes action items Escalate risks delays and blockers to management proactively with clear root cause and recovery plan Ensure all project documentation POs drawings approvals delivery notes correspondence is organized and up to date Track projectwise deliverables against the agreedupon timeline and report deviations Act as the primary point of contact for customers on project status and coordination queries Support postdelivery closure documentation handover and any pending commercial administrative closure Required Skills Qualifications Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background required diploma degree plus handson exposure to manufacturing fabrication or industrial project execution 3 years of experience in project coordination project management or customerfacing execution roles in an industrial engineering manufacturing environment Strong organizational skills comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication able to communicate confidently with customers vendors and internal teams Working knowledge of MS Excel trackers timelines experience with project tracking tools CRM is a plus Robust followup discipline doesnt let things fall through the cracks Ability to read and understand technical engineering drawings and specifications Problemsolving mindset able to anticipate issues and coordinate a resolution rather than just reporting them Willingness to travel occasionally for customer site visits if required Good to Have Not Mandatory Background exposure to handling Heavy Engineering Hydraulics EPC or similar industrial project execution Prior experience using ERP CRM systems for project and order tracking
