Job Description The role will be responsible to build enhance functional capability of all functions play a crucial role in the development and implementation of training programs assessing our training needs designing and delivering curriculum to address those needs with the goal to enhance employee skills performance productivity and overall engagement Responsible to conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with regional and local managers to identify skill gaps and training requirements by analysing performance metrics employee feedback and business objectives to determine training priorities Design develop and deliver comprehensive training programs inperson Virtual tailored to the needs of the region Responsible to identify and coordinate external resources approaches for capability building Responsible to provide performance support to newly joined employees plan intervention to improve overall productivity through OJT Classroom VILTs Manage logistics for training events including venue arrangements equipment setup and material distribution Utilize the Learning Management System LMS to track and manage employee training records Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs to continuously improve the training content and delivery methods Monitor training expenses and provide regular reports on budget utilization Build solid relationships with regional and local managers to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives Collaborate with HR L D and other departments to support companywide training initiatives
