We are hiring Quality Inspectors to join our team at Pragati RRD Candidates must have handson inspection experience IPQC IQC OQC knowledge of measuring instruments and familiarity with printing processes Automotive background and experience with 7QC tools is a plus Key requirements IPQC IQC OQC DCC LAB Printing experience Skilled with Vernier caliper micrometer and related instruments Familiarity with 7QC tools and inspection procedures 15 years relevant experience depending on level How to apply Share your resume to the contact numbers hidden mobile hidden mobile hidden mobile Detailed job description Title Quality Inspector Location Pragati RRD Thukkuguda FabCity Reports to Quality Supervisor Quality Manager Employment type Fulltime Shift details to be discussed About the role As a Quality Inspector at Pragati RRD you will be responsible for ensuring product quality at various production stages through inspections measurements testing and adherence to quality processes You will work closely with production lab and QA teams to identify nonconformities support corrective actions and maintain accurate quality records Key responsibilities Perform inprocess IPQC incoming IQC and outgoing OQC inspections according to defined procedures and checklists Conduct dimensional measurements using vernier calipers micrometers and other precision instruments Carry out visual and functional inspections and sampling tests in the lab as required Implement and use 7QC tools e g Pareto Fishbone 5 Whys Control Charts to analyze defects and support continuous improvement Inspect printing processes and printed components identify printrelated defects and root causes Record inspection data prepare inspection reports and maintain traceability of inspected lots Raise nonconformance reports NCRs and follow up on corrective actions with production and engineering teams Support calibration and maintenance schedules for measuring instruments Participate in internal audits and support external customer or regulatory audits when needed Provide training and guidance to operators on quality checks and standard work Required qualifications experience Diploma ITI in Mechanical Production Quality or equivalent OR High School with solid handson inspection experience Preferred 15 years experience in quality inspection roles manufacturing or printing industry Proven experience with IPQC IQC OQC DCC and lab testing procedures Proficient with vernier calipers micrometers and other inspection instruments Basic understanding and practical use of 7QC tools Good communication skills and ability to work in crossfunctional teams Preferred nicetohave Experience in printing processes and quality control of printed parts Automotive industry experience or familiarity with automotive quality standards Experience with measurement system analysis MSA SPC and use of quality software or spreadsheets Basic knowledge of ISO TS or IATF quality requirements
